Thank You

Publishers Mary Catherine McKee (l) and Marcie Sprecher (r).

Thank you for your positive response to the first issue of Washington Crossroads Magazine. With this, our second issue, we will continue to deliver useful articles and information about the community that you call home. After all, this magazine is as much yours as ours.

Six times per year, you will find this magazine in your mailbox, free of charge. We want this magazine to be a useful and entertaining resource to you and your family, as is the case with the two other community magazines we publish.

In this issue, we focus on residential real estate and home remodeling, areas in which many readers have expressed interest. Our cover story examines a part of Washington County of which many people might not be aware - the fabulous wines and vineyards. We also take our usual look at life in the area with articles on the Wild Things, local theater, Route 40 and whether or not Washington is a “hip” place to be.

Additionally, you will read about school district happenings, township events and general community news. Upcoming issues will highlight topics such as: education, health and fitness, and entertainment.

With any new initiative, there is a learning curve, and while we're learning more about the Washington area every day, we're always open to ideas. Our editor and writers have met many residents with great stories to tell, but we‘re always looking for more. If you have an idea that might make for a good story, we encourage you to contact Tim McNellie at editor@cmpublishing.com to let us know!

Please continue to call or write to tell us what you think and what information you would like to see in the future. This is your community magazine.
